FnA Beverage Co. Joins the Dirty Soda Revolution Born in Utah

Ogden, Utah — What began as a regional cultural movement in Utah has grown into a national beverage trend. Dirty Soda — custom-built sodas layered with flavored syrups, fruit purees, and cream — has evolved from local favorite to viral phenomenon.

Now, a new Utah-based brand is stepping into the spotlight.

FnA Beverage Co., founded in Northern Utah, is positioning itself as a structured, system-driven authority in the Dirty Soda category — not just another syrup company entering an already competitive flavored beverage market.

Unlike traditional syrup brands that focus primarily on coffee or cocktail applications, FnA was built specifically for soda.

“Most syrups on the market were never engineered with carbonation performance in mind,” says Frank Weston, founder of FnA Beverage Co. “Dirty Soda requires balance. It requires precision. And it requires consistency. That’s why we built the FnA Ratio and the 3-Step Dirty Build.”

At the center of the brand’s approach is what Weston calls the FnA Ratio™ — a standardized build that ensures consistent flavor without overpowering carbonation.

Combined with the company’s proprietary 3-Step Dirty Build™ — the system removes guesswork and replaces it with repeatable structure.

Early retail partners and beta testers say the system simplifies operations dramatically.

"FnA Syrups Were clearly built for Soda. You dont lose the carbonation, and the flavors don't muddy. Thats a big difference compared to what we've used before"

Built for the Dirty Soda Category — Not Coffee

While major syrup brands have dominated the coffee industry for decades, FnA Beverage Co. is intentionally staying in its lane.

“We’re not chasing coffee,” Weston explains. “We’re not chasing flavored water. We’re focused on Dirty Soda. Niches are riches.”

The company is launching with 24 total SKUs — 12 core flavors and 12 sugar-free versions — including Coconut, Pineapple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blue Curacao, Pomegranate, Peach, Green Apple, Cherry, Blue Raspberry, and Grape.

Each syrup is packaged in a 750 ml bottle with a 5ml pump option, designed to align with the FnA Ratio.

In addition to launching syrups, FnA Beverage Co. is preparing to release The Official Guide to Dirty Sodas, a structured recipe system featuring over 500 precision-built soda recipes.

The guide is being introduced alongside a YouTube content series where new recipes are released weekly.

“Our goal isn’t just to sell syrup,” Weston says. “It’s to create a standardized method for Dirty Soda. The industry is growing fast, and structure creates longevity.”

The Utah Origin Story Continues

Dirty Soda may have been born in Utah, but its next chapter is being written by brands willing to define standards.

FnA Beverage Co. believes the category deserves structure.

And if the early response from local partners is any indication, Dirty Soda’s evolution may just be getting started.
