Return & Refund Policy – FnA Beverage

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. FnA Beverage does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligible Issues (Replacement Only)

FnA Beverage will only take action on orders under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Incorrect product was received

In these cases, we will provide a replacement product only. Refunds are not issued except in rare circumstances at our sole discretion.

48-Hour Claim Window

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed or approved
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order immediately upon delivery

Proof Required for All Claims

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue
  • Documentation must show the product condition and packaging

FnA Beverage reserves the right to deny any claim that does not include sufficient proof.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Customer error

All purchase decisions are final.

No Exchanges

FnA Beverage does not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

No Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order in full prior to completing checkout.

Refunds (Limited & Discretionary)

Refunds are not standard practice and will only be issued if FnA Beverage determines that a replacement is not a viable solution.

  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • FnA Beverage reserves full discretion over all refund decisions

Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct products
  • Reviewing order details before purchase
  • Understanding that all sales are final

Policy Enforcement

FnA Beverage reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect product integrity and maintain consistent service standards.
