Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on syrup bottles or other consumable items.

For food safety and quality control reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold. Any approved product resolution will be handled as a “destroy in field” policy, meaning the customer will be instructed to dispose of the product rather than return it.

All sales of consumable products are final.


Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product was defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There was an order processing error

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • Provide your order number

  • Provide photo evidence if the product was damaged or incorrect

Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delivery delays caused by carrier

  • Failure to like the flavor


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photo documentation before issuing a replacement or refund.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or service to customers who abuse our policies or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
