Shipping Policy -- FnA Beverage

FnA Beverage currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but plan to expand in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout using Shopify’s live carrier rates (USPS, UPS, and FedEx).

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $50 (USD)
  • Orders under $50 will be charged the live carrier rate based on destination, weight, and service level

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

FnA Beverage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Carriers

We utilize a mix of major carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined automatically at checkout or during fulfillment.

Damaged Shipments

FnA Beverage will replace products that arrive damaged under the following conditions:

  • Customer must provide photo and/or video proof of damage
  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages

FnA Beverage is not responsible for lost or missing packages once an order has been shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  • All shipments are considered the responsibility of the carrier once in transit

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • FnA Beverage is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • We do not guarantee address changes after an order has been placed
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments due to incorrect address information
