Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (48 hours).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of major carriers (including UPS, USPS, and FedEx) through Shopify Shipping to secure the best available rates.
Carrier selection is determined at the time of shipment based on cost and delivery efficiency.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery destination

Carrier rates
We currently do not offer flat-rate or free shipping.
PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes when the selected carrier does not support them.
If a PO Box address is provided and the selected carrier cannot deliver to it, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be refunded minus shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages (FOB Shipping Point)
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for:

Lost packages

Delivery location disputes
Customers are encouraged to:

Contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Carrier service disruptions

High-volume periods (including holidays)

Acts of God
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Cold Weather Advisory
Our syrups are safe for shipping; however, in freezing temperatures, natural acids within the syrup may temporarily solidify, resulting in visible particles or “floaties.”
This is not a defect.
If this occurs:

Allow the bottle to return to room temperature.

Shake well before use.
The product remains safe and fully usable once warmed.
Refunds will not be issued due to temperature-related crystallization.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photo documentation of both the packaging and the product.
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
