š” Pro Tip
A few fresh pomegranate arils and a raspberry garnish make this drink look every bit as elegant as it tastes. Pour the heavy cream slowly over the back of a spoon to create the signature cascading finish.

Why You'll Love It
If you're looking for a dirty soda that feels just a little more refined, I think you're going to love this one. The pomegranate brings a deep, slightly tart sweetness that's perfectly balanced by the bright raspberry and smooth finish of the cream. It's rich without being heavy, refreshing without losing its dessert-like character, and one of those drinks that feels just as appropriate for a special occasion as it does for a relaxing evening at home. I think after your first glass, you'll understand why this combination keeps finding its way onto soda shop menus.

šŗšø America Spotlight
Visalia, California, known for its Pomegranate Festival, sits in the heart of one of America's premier pomegranate-growing regions. The fertile soils of California's Central Valley produce the vast majority of the nation's commercial pomegranates, making Visalia a fitting inspiration for this rich berry-inspired dirty soda. It's a reminder that some of America's best flavors begin on family farms before finding their way into recipes enjoyed across the country.
